23 Pounds Lighter, A Few More to Go:

Jennifer has lost 23 pounds since she began her weight reduction blog around three months back. Look at her fun and legit blog at Diary of an Even Fatter Girl.

Here's an introduction from Jennifer:

I'm a 57-year-old clinical advisor and social specialist who's been overweight since 1985. That was the year that I effective quit smoking and exchanged my dependence on sustenance! My most astounding weight since smoking was 255 - 125 pounds more than the morning I smoked my last cigarette! Obviously, adding to that weight was having a kid (now 25 years of age yet I PROMISE, despite everything I convey my pregnancy fat), getting separated, living.

I've attempted such a large number of weight reduction systems in the most recent 26 years - once eating no strong nourishment for three months, just Optifast shakes. weight loss diet I took specialist recommended diet prescription for a year and picked up a heart mumble, however lost no weight. I've attempted it all.

But...... on September 19, 2011, I began a website with a specific end goal to keep myself engaged, responsible, and aware of who it is I need to turn into. Since that date, I've gone from 244 to 221! Regardless i have "miles to go before I rest" however I feel that blogging is the most sustaining thing I've accomplished for myself in years. Having a spot to report my reasons for alarm, my thoughts, my triumphs and disappointments has kept me more spurred on my weight reduction venture than whatever else.

I feel like, following 57 years, I'm starting to know myself and what makes me tick (and eat). I have started to carry on with my life straightforwardly - and all the while, I've found that, however we all battle distinctive fights, our "inner parts are the same". We are all siblings and sisters of the heart.
